1. * * Surface Treatment * *:
-Thoroughly clean the surface of the metal or old paint layer to be repaired, ensuring no oil stains, rust, moisture, or dust.
-Polish the substrate with P80-P120 sandpaper to enhance the adhesion of atomic ash.
2. * * Materials and Tools * *:
-Prepare Changxing Baodi atomic ash main agent and supporting curing agent, clean scraper, mixing tools, and measuring tools.
2、 Preparation of Atomic Ash and Curing Agent
1. * * Accurate ratio * *:
-The weight ratio of main ash to curing agent is strictly formulated according to 100:1.5-3 (please refer to the product manual for specific ratios).
-Use specialized measuring tools for weighing to avoid proportion deviation caused by empirical estimation.
2. * * Fully Mix * *:
-Squeeze the curing agent evenly onto the surface of the main ash, and stir at a constant speed with a scraper for 2-3 minutes until the color is completely consistent, without stripes or particles.
3. * * Environmental adaptability adjustment * *:
-* * Temperature adjustment suggestion * *:
-Low temperature environment (<18 ℃): Increase the amount of curing agent appropriately (not exceeding 3%) and extend the operating time.
-High temperature environment (>25 ℃): Reduce the amount of curing agent (not less than 1.5%) to avoid rapid curing.
-Suitable construction environment: temperature 18 ℃ -25 ℃, humidity 50% -70%.
3、 Scraping and curing operation
1. * * Scratching points * *:
-* * Operation efficiency * *: After mixing, scraping should be completed within 5-7 minutes (under 25 ℃ conditions).
-Layered thin scraping:
-First step: Fill the deep concave area and use a hard scraper to scrape it thick, not aiming for smoothness but for flatness.
-Second/Third step: Repair sand holes and small depressions, and apply fine scraping with an elastic scraper.
-Fourth step (optional): Dilute the atomic ash and thin scrape the whole to achieve a smooth surface.
-When scraping, keep the scraper tilted at 60 °, squeeze out bubbles, and ensure no pores.
2. * * Curing and Polishing * *:
-Let it stand at room temperature (25 ℃) for 60-80 minutes, and only after confirming complete hardening can it be polished.
-Use P120-P180 sandpaper to polish in the forward direction to avoid scratches.
4、 Key precautions

-The mixed atomic ash cannot be refilled into the original tank to avoid contamination.

-Excessive curing agent can easily lead to cracking, while insufficient curing agent can affect adhesion.
-Insufficient drying of primer or residual oil stains on substrate may cause blistering and peeling.
